Connecting an agent

Setup steps for every client are in the docs. If sign-in fails, check that you are signed in to Coconut.you with the same account in the browser window that opens, then connect again.

My agent isn’t using its memory

Ask it to “check Coconut.you first”. In Claude Code, make sure the tools are allowed; in Claude and ChatGPT, make sure the connector is turned on for the chat.

Revoking access

Under Connections in the app, revoke any agent or device. Access ends within about 30 seconds.

Billing

Manage or cancel your plan under Settings, Billing. Cancelling keeps paid features until the end of the period.

Your data

Export or delete any coconut from its Settings page. To delete your account, email us. See the privacy policy and terms.

Security issues

Report a vulnerability to manoj@wexa.ai with “security” in the subject.
